Ingredients

• Liquid extract of fresh Arnica flowers (equivalent to 160mg fresh Arnica flowers per 1g of gel)
• Ethanol
• Purified water
• Glycerol (plant origin)
• Hypromellose

Directions

Adults: Gently apply 2-10 cm of the gel to the affected area, 2 to 4 times daily. For children and the elderly, follow the same dosing guidelines as adults for safe and effective use.
