Alfred Vogel learned of the benefits of naturally fermented, concentrated whey, from Swiss farmers and created Molkosan using whey from meadow fed mountain cattle.
Ingredients:
Concentrated, lacto fermented whey (from Swiss milk and without protein), L+ lactic acid, potassium citrate, natural flavour (menthol). Pasteurised.
Directions:
Molkosan Drink: Add 1 teaspoonful (or 1 tablespoonful, if desired) to a glass of spring or mineral water for a refreshing drink.
