Ingredients

Organic rosemary essential oil (rosmarinus officinalis)

Directions

Use as part of your aromatherapy routine by adding a few drops to bathwater, diffuser, or massage oil. For an energizing bath, try combining 3 drops of organic rosemary essential oil, 2 drops of lemon, and 1 drop of peppermint in a tepid bath. For hair care, add a few drops to your final rinse for a natural shine. To support focus, diffuse 3 drops of rosemary with 2 drops of grapefruit. For muscle relaxation, blend 2 drops of rosemary, 2 drops of black pepper, and 3 drops of lavender in 15ml of carrier oil and massage into overworked muscles.
