Directions

Use as a single remedy by adding 2 drops to water and sipping at intervals or in a 30ml mixing bottle with still spring water, taking 4 drops at least 4 times daily. For multiple remedies, add 2 drops of each (up to 7) into a mixing bottle and follow the same schedule. Put 2 drops into a drink of your choice and sip regularly for ongoing support.
