Ingredients

Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride (31% magnesium chloride). 100% naturally sourced with no exposure to man-made pollutants.

Directions

Apply 5-10 sprays to any area of the body twice daily and gently massage for optimal absorption. Initial tingling sensations are normal and should diminish as your magnesium levels improve. For children, halve the application amount. For additional benefits, the spray can also be used orally by applying 1-2 sprays into the mouth before brushing—do not swallow intentionally. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin.
