• Contains six active probiotic strains plus prebiotic fructo-oligosaccharides for optimal digestive support
• Specifically formulated to encourage beneficial bifidobacteria in the lower gut
• Suitable for long-term use, ideal for elderly and those prone to digestive upsets
• Vegan, gluten-free capsules suitable for everyone, including children and those with sensitivities
• Perfect travel companion, with capsules that can be opened into yoghurt or juice for easy consumption

Ingredients

• Inulin (fructo-oligosaccharide)
• Dehydrated bacterial culture (bifidobacterium longum RO175, lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, lactobacillus animalis ssp lactis B94, bifidobacterium breve ROO7O, bifidobacterium infantis ROO33, lactobacillus acidophilus RO418)
• Potato starch
• Magnesium stearate

Directions

Take 1-2 capsules daily, preferably half an hour after food or at the end of a meal. In travel or acute situations, the dose can be increased to one capsule three times daily. For optimal results, start taking Fos-A-Dophilus at least 7 days prior to travel and continue during and after your journey.
