Directions for use

At just 2 teaspoons of daily serving, we assure you the results produced are anything but. Comprising of an impressive healing plant alfalfa, these daily servings boost you with a mighty, earthy punch! A fuss-free and easy addition to your health regime, simply add one teaspoon of extract to half a glass (100ml) of water, yoghurt or smoothie. Use twice a day before eating. For best results, we recommend use 2 products a month repeated 4 or 6 times a year. Shake before use. Keep the bottle in dark and cold place, once opened refrigerate.

Suitable for children:
• Age 10-16 – one teaspoon of extract (5ml) once a day
• Above 16 - one teaspoon of extract (5ml) twice a day
