Vitamin D Complex offers essential Vitamin D as recommended by Public Health England. Integral for optimal health, vitamin D is essential for immune health, the formation of healthy bones and teeth and the maintenance of blood calcium levels.
Vitamin D is essential for the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels, healthy bones and normal muscle function. Vitamin D also plays an integral role in regulating the immune system. Vitamin D Complex offers 1000iu of vitamin D per capsule, including 500iu of Food Based vitamin D2 and 500iu of vitamin D3 from lichen. The blend also contains 75 mcg of vitamin K1 per capsule to enhance absorption. Vitamin K1 helps to maintain a healthy immune system and support bone structure. Public Health England recommend everyone in the UK takes a vitamin D supplements during winter months.
Food Based nutrients, a force of nature. Food Based supplements are the natural medium between isolated nutrients and the complex, food-matrix vitamins and minerals locked up in food. Shiitake mushroom extract (30% polysaccharides), capsule (vegetable cellulose), bamboo extract; bio enhanced vitamin K (phytomenadione), vitamin D2 with enzyme digested saccharomyces cerevisiae (fermented non hexane washed soya), (alfalfa) to become an integral part of a food matrix; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol extracted from lichen).
