• Provides 90mg calcium from marine algae (AlgaeCal®), to support bone health. Also features vitamin D3, K2 and boron for bone support.
• Provides 50mg curcumin, to support healthy joints.
• Provides 50mg ashwagandha, to support energy, vitality and a healthy stress response.
• Provides 50mg bacopa extract, to support mind and memory.
• Provides 1000iu vitamin D3, derived from algae, for supporting cellular health, immune function and healthy inflammatory processes, as well as bone health.
• Provides zinc, selenium, manganese and copper, enzyme cofactors that provide antioxidant protection.
• Provides high potency, balanced B vitamins, with extra B12 as the activated form methylcobalamin and 400mcg folate as 5-methyl tetrahydrofolate.
• Two a day formula, in a tablet size smaller than the rest of our Multi Essentials products, which makes this product easy to take, especially for those who have difficulty with larger tablets.
