Each Capsule Provides

• 250 mg Ubiqsome™ (providing 50 mg Co-Enzyme Q10)

Ingredients

Ubiqsome™ 250 mg [providing 50 mg Co-Enzyme Q10 and 50 mg lecithin phospholipids (carrier)] 250 mg.

Other ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, potato maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, and silica in a clear vegetable capsule.

Directions For Use

Adults and children over 12 years: Take two capsules per day for the first 15 days, then one to two capsules daily for maintenance, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Precautions

If pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Do not use if you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of the ingredients. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C and away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
