Ubiquinone-phospholipid complex [Ubiquinone (Co-Enzyme Q10), sunflower lecithin, potato maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose], Pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Directions For Use

Adults and children over 12 years: Take one capsule daily, or as advised by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed one capsule in 24 hours.

Precautions
