Directions

Fill the NeilMed sinus rinse kit with distilled, micro-filtered (through 0.2 micron), bottled, or previously boiled and cooled water at body temperature. Add the premixed saline packets as directed. Lean forward over the sink, tilt your head, and gently squeeze the bottle to deliver the saline solution into one nostril, allowing it to flow through and out the other. Use once per day or as recommended by your healthcare provider for optimal nasal hygiene.
