Directions For Use
Take one capsule daily with food, preferably with breakfast. Designed for use in pregnancy and early motherhood but can be taken on an ongoing basis, or as professionally directed.
Those unable to swallow capsules can open and mix the contents with cool, non-acidic food or drinks.
