Directions

Before first use, disinfect your Organicup size B by boiling it for 3-5 minutes. To insert, fold the cup and gently slide it into your vagina, keeping it folded until inside. Once in place, release it to let it pop open and create a gentle suction. Check the seal by gently pulling the stem—if there’s resistance, the seal is secure. You can wear your cup for up to 12 hours before removal. To remove, grasp the stem, gently pinch the base to release the suction, and carefully pull out. Empty, clean with water or a wipe, and reinsert as needed. After your period, sterilize by boiling and store in the provided cotton bag.
