per 2 capsules:
Ashwagandha root* (342mg), Valerian root* (228mg), Gotu kola aerial part* (228mg), Hawthorn berry*, Nutmeg fruit*, Fennel seed*, Vegetable cellulose capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose).

Directions for use:

Take 2 capsules 1-2 times in the evening with water or Pukka organic Aloe Vera Juice.
