Solgar® Acai Extract is a food supplement containing Acai.

Solgar’s food supplements range consists of concentrated foods and botanical extracts to provide dietary nutritional value when taken in combination with food. The majority of the products are available in the same forms as they occur in nature.

Acai berries are native to Central and South America, especially in Brazil where they grow in abundance in the Amazonian rain forest. These small, purple berries have been used by Brazilian and Amazonian people for hundreds of years. They grow on a tropical, tall palm tree in small clusters of berries. They are very high in antioxidants, which support fighting free radicals, but also contain electrolytes, minerals, amino acids and essential fatty acids.

By taking 2 softgels of Solgar® Acai Extract a day, you will consume the equivalent of 1000 mg of raw berry powder.

Ingredients:
Soybean Oil, Softgel Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Vegetable Glycerin), Yellow Beeswax, Acaí Extract (Euterpe oleracea) (fruit) (20:1 extract), Colour: Caramel, Soy Lecithin, Anti-caking Agent: silicon dioxide.

Solgar´s Acai Extract Soft gels are free of yeast, wheat, gluten and dairy products and are formulated without the use of artificial preservatives or flavours.

Directions:
As a dietary supplement for adults, take one soft gel daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Warnings:
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplement. Keep out of reach of children.
