Description

Solgar Fish Gel Omega-3 740 mg, is a highly absorbable one-a-day formula, offering whole-fish goodness and providing a concentrated source of the Omega-3 polyunsaturates EPA and DHA. Omega-3 supports a healthy heart, brain and eyes. This formulation is molecularly distilled to remove mercury. It is presented in a sustainable Fish Gel softgel, ideal for those following a pescatarian diet or looking to limit meat-based ingredients.3 Formulated with 740 mg of natural triglyceride omega-3 fatty acids from tuna and encased in a sustainable, fish-based gelatine softgel. All Solgar® fish oils are tested for optimum purity and potency and comply with the voluntary GOED monograph.

Omega-3s are the good fats that nourish the body and support brain, eye and heart health.1,2 Omega-3 fatty acids are called essential fatty acids because the body is not able to make omega-3 fatty acids and so they must be obtained from the foods we eat.  Solgar Fish Gel Omega-3 740 mg formula giving you optimal support for heart, brain and vision. Fish Gel softgels  ̶  a perfect alternative to standard gelatines.
