Description

Made from fresh unroasted nuts slowly dried below 40ºC, to avoid damaging the enzymes, vitamins, and proteins. Rich in alpha linolenic acid, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamins B & E.

We use hand selected organic walnuts to create this smooth, mildly sweet spread.

Winner of 2009 Soil Association Food Award. Judges' comment: "Good quality fresh nuts; simplicity in a bottle. Finger-licking good."

Our top tip: tastes amazing on top of medjool dates, for a perfect afternoon pick me up.

*Certified organic. Oil may separate naturally from butter, stir before eating. Use within 3 months after opening. Store cool and dry.
