At Sports Research we test athletes by having them jump rope for 20-25 minutes applying Sweet Sweat only to one side of their body. During and after the exercise we test for the amount of sweat and circulation from the side with Sweet Sweat to the side without. We consistently achieve a significant temperature increase with the Sweet Sweat side versus the side without. The enhanced temperature indicates an improvement in circulation substantially benefiting injured, and slow to respond "problem areas."

How much "Sweet Sweat" should be applied?
Apply an ample amount to desired areas without rubbing into the skin. Sweet Sweat can be applied any-time before or during your workout.
How Do You Remove "Sweet Sweat"?
After your workout and the normal "cool down" period, towel off and shower with soap to remove sweet Sweat. For Maximum results make sure you leave "Sweet Sweat" on during your cool down period.
Is "Sweet Sweat" safe to use frequently?
Sweet Sweat may be used as often as you like, preferably daily. There are no harmful side effects from use. Sweet Sweat also has a clean, fresh scent which will take away the fear of feeling offensive during and after a heavy workout.
