Directions

For adults, spray approximately 3 tablespoons (30ml) daily into the mouth. For long-term use, a maintenance dose of 10-20ml per day may be adequate. For children and babies, adjust the dosage according to age: 5ml (1 teaspoon) for ages 0-2, 10-20ml (1-2 tablespoons) for ages 2-6, and 20-30ml (2-3 tablespoons) for ages 6-12.
