Ingredients

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaf oil

Directions

For an energizing bath, add 3 drops of rosemary essential oil, 2 drops of lemon, and 1 drop of peppermint to a tepid bath before an important occasion. To boost concentration, diffuse 3 drops of rosemary with two drops of grapefruit in your office or study space. For muscle relief, blend 2 drops each of rosemary, black pepper, and lavender in 15ml of peach kernel oil and massage into overworked muscles.
