The Avacare’s Omega 3 Super Plant Strength supplement contains what you need:

Omega 3 from Algae is a unique plantbased form of Omega 3. DHA & EPA contribute
to the maintenance of normal function of the heart. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with
a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.

Vitamin E is an antioxidant which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption of calcium and phosphorous, and to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. Vitamin D also supports a healthy immune system.
